  • How long in advance do I have to make my reservation?
    We recommend contacting us to check our availability as soon as you decide to use our services. We have made reservations one year in advance or more. We are willing to take last minute orders, however, you are at risk of us being unavailable for your date or deliver to your party or paying a rush fee,. We’d recommend you not to place your order last minute, even if it is a very small party.
  • What is your reservation policy?
    In order to reserve your event, we require a signed contract and an initial non refundable deposit of 50%, which reserves the event date and time. The remaining balance is due a day prior to the delivery date.
  • How can I pay for my reservation?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, check or cash as method of payment.
  • How much is your Delivery/Pick up Fee?
    Delivery fees are based in the distance from our show room, time and service required.
  • Can you service an event outdoors?
    Yes! We love to service outdoor events.
  • hat is your outdoor service weather policy?
    No one can control the weather – Therefore, in the event of inclement weather the following policy applies: Once Decor has been completed or delivered, We are not responsible for inclement wind or weather causing damage to decor, or cancellation of an event. House of Reese also cannot be responsible for damage caused by crowds or event staff attempting to move or handle decor.
  • What types of balloon designs do you offer?
    We offer a wide variety of balloon designs, including arches, columns, bouquets, and custom installations for any occasion.
  • Can we customize our balloon arrangements?
    Absolutely! We love creating personalized balloon arrangements, so feel free to share your ideas and preferences, and we’ll make it happen.
  • How far in advance should we place our order?
    We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate your requests. However, we’ll do our best to handle last-minute orders when possible!
  • Do you provide delivery and setup services?
    Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all our balloon designs. We’ll ensure everything is arranged perfectly for your event.
  • What sizes of balloon arrangements do you offer?

    A typical charcuterie board includes a variety of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and accompaniments like olives and spreads. Each board is curated to provide a balance of flavors and textures.

    If you have food allergies or restrictions, we are flexible with substitutions and can tailor a charcuterie service to meet your needs.
